1:1 Coaching
Through 60-minute monthly sessions, or 40-minute biweekly sessions, mental health coaching offers collaborative, compassionate support to help you manage stress, build confidence, and move forward with clarity.
My coaching style is goal-oriented and future-focused. We’ll work together as partners to define who you want to become and how you want to feel in your daily life. Once that vision is clear, we build a toolbox of practical strategies and habits to manage your mental health.

I’m Kerry, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. I support clients in building a foundation to support their mental and emotional well-being, build confidence, and empower them to find the happiest and healthiest version of themselves.
Through a compassionate, strengths-based approach, I partner with clients to identify where they are mentally/emotionally, where they’d like to be, and habits and practices that can support sustainable growth.
